What exactly is Feng Shui?

The practice of Feng Shui began thousands of years ago in China and is still very much used in East and Southeast Asia. We are catching up in the West as we discover more and more how it can be applied to our busy, modern day lives.

Essentially, Feng Shui focuses on how the arrangement of your environment can promote balance and harmony due to the smooth flow of Qi, the life force energy that surrounds us. When the environment allows for free flowing Qi, then life becomes easier, opportunities come our way, wealth, health, success and prosperity follows.

Sometimes all it takes is a few small adjustments in our home or workplace and a balance of the elements (Wood, Fire, Earth, Water and Metal) to feel the power of Feng Shui straight away.

When we feel uplifted by our environment, we radiate great energy ourselves which can help us to attract everything we desire.

My approach is realistic and achievable - I make it simple, so you don’t feel overwhelmed. Sometimes it’s the smallest changes that have the biggest impact.
